I wrote this new self-help workbook on mood management because I found so many self-help books are for specific disorders. What if you don't have a specific disorder? What if you just want to become more skillful in accomplishing your goals? What if you just want to clarify your goals, redefine obstacles as opportunities to learn more about yourself, or just want to become a better person? The bad news is that the experts say that 25% of the population have some kind of disorder. The good news is that it leaves 75% of us who just want direction, strategy, and methods to have good feelings linger longer and bad feelings fade faster!
